Painting the Egg - Moroccan Love

A little while back, I held a giveaway on my Instagram page with the prize being a custom, hand painted goose egg. I thought it would be fun to take you all behind the scenes of the process of painting a goose egg.

This egg was designed by the winner of the giveaway, Alia. It was inspired by her honeymoon in Morocco; she wanted to capture the vibrant colors and patterns of Morocco in this egg. The Arabic calligraphy on the egg reads "Alia" and "Muhammad," the couple's names.

If you're interested in having a hand painted egg of your own, check out my Etsy shop, https://www.etsy.com/shop/EggsbyWardah .

I hope you enjoy this fun video!

I'm the lucky winner! Lucky because I got to win such an absolutely gorgeous and custom prize no less, but lucky as well that I got to 'meet' Wardah, such a patient, kind and wonderful artist who turned my muddled thoughts into something so beautiful all the while being so encouraging and excited about my ideas! Thank you so much Wardah, the video is just the icing on the cake!

I will treasure it, the egg and the experience ❤️.

Jazaki Allah Khayran and thank u once again! Truly an artist 😊
